Ordering Your Preserved Floral Display
Preserve Your Flowers LLC is designing you a Custom Preserved Floral Work of Art, created from your fresh flowers to remember your special moment. Each design is as unique as the flowers and mementos you supply us with. Through a combination of science and art, we provide our clients with the Finest Quality Preserved Floral Displays to enjoy for many years to come.
Please call Preserve Your Flowers LLC at 623-977-2010 or email rose@preserveyourflowers.com, to place your order. Preserve Your Flowers requires the following information:
- Delivery Method: Call to let us know if your flowers will be provided to us by Personal Delivery, Pick-Up Service, or Shipping. Visit our Flower Care page for instructions on fresh flower care and shipping.
- Deposit:
- Wedding Flowers and Other Occasions: A Deposit of $150.00 is required before your special event or at the time your fresh flowers are delivered to Preserve Your Flowers. Orders will not be processed without the Deposit. We accept Cash, Checks, Visa, and MasterCard. You will have within 30 days after your flowers have been delivered to make an appointment or call by phone to select your Display. Deposits are non-refundable and applied towards the balance of your Keepsake Display.
- Gown Preservation: Full payment is required at the time you deliver your gown to us or before we ship you the box to mail your gown to the Wedding Gown Preservation Company.
- Information Form: Must be completed and sent with your fresh flowers or by email to rose@preserveyourflowers.com, fax to 623-977-5575 or mail to 1515 West Deer Valley Road, Suite A109, Phoenix, AZ 85027
- Terms and Conditions Form: Must be completed and sent with your fresh flowers or by email to rose@preserveyourflowers.com, fax to 623-977-5575 or mail to 1515 West Deer Valley Road, Suite A109, Phoenix, AZ 85027
- Processing: Once we receive your fresh flowers we start preserving your flowers using the latest in floral freeze drying technology.
- Display Selections: You have within 30 days after we have received your flowers to make your Keepsake Display Selection.
- Make an appointment to come to our Showroom and select your display. You can add 2 mementos at no charge (i.e. invitation, pictures, garter). Additional items are $10.00 each.
- Order a Keepsake Display by Phone. Call and Order your Keepsake Display by Phone. You must have Preserve Your Flowers Website up during the time you select your Display by phone. Our Designers will be able to better discuss your Display Selection with you viewing our website (www.preserveyourflowers.com).
- Mementos will need to be delivered or sent to us within 30-45 days after the Display has been selected. If mementos are not received within the 30-45 days your design may be completed without them.
- Full Payment is required at the time you order your Keepsake Display. We accept Cash, Checks, Visa, and MasterCard. You will have within 30 days after your flowers have been delivered to make your display selection.
- Missed Appointments to Select Display. If you miss your first appointment we will reschedule. There will be a $15.00 fee to reschedule if you miss your 2nd appointment. If you do not want to reschedule please make your display selection on line.
- Email Pictures to Select Design. When we start your Keepsake, we can create two different designs and email pictures of each. You can select the design you like and we will complete your Keepsake. A $25.00 fee will apply to this service.
- Make an appointment to come to our Showroom and select your display. You can add 2 mementos at no charge (i.e. invitation, pictures, garter). Additional items are $10.00 each.
- Completion Date: Preserve Your Flowers will give you an estimate on how long it will take to complete your Design once you have ordered your Keepsake Display. We can give only an estimate and that time frame might change due to the time it takes for our craftsmen to complete the display, the time we receive your mementos, and the number of other designs that are ahead of your order.
- Design Completed: Once your Keepsake Design is Complete we will contact you by phone, email, or mail for you to make an appointment to pick up your Display. You will have within 30 days from contact to pick up your Keepsake. Normal completion time is 12 to 16 weeks after you select your design and full payment has been made.
- What can be Shipped: If we are shipping your Keepsake Display to you, we can ship Shadowboxes and Frames with Domes. We cannot ship Tabletop Glass Displays, unless they are the smaller displays. We cannot ship Shadowboxes with glass goblets inside.
- Shipping Your Design: If we are shipping your Keepsake Display, we will contact you for the correct Shipping Address. Then Preserve Your Flowers will contact you again with the amount due for Packing, Handling, and Shipping. Your Design will not be shipped until payment is made. We will ship by Parcel Post Priority, Fully Insured, and Adult Signature Required and we will email you, the tracking number.
- Damage Through Shipping: If your Display has been damaged in shipping, contact the United States Post Office regarding damage and insurance. And within 24 hours from the time you received your Keepsake contact Preserve Your Flowers. If your Design needs to be returned to us, we will tell you how to ship it back. Shipping will be at your expense.
- Non-Refundable: All sales are final and payments are non-refundable.
